We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant/Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants/hotels, ensuring the highest level of customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the operations of restaurants, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high-quality standards, addressing customer concerns, and proactively seeking feedback.
  • Develop and implement operational plans, including staffing, training, and scheduling, to meet business needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and inventory, to achieve financial targets and maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and culinary, to drive innovation, implement new initiatives, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences, and recommend strategies to remain competitive and meet changing demands.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and overseeing restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-unit setting.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving operational success.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding effective solutions.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
  • Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • International experience in the restaurant industry is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
