Do you have a Hospitality management degree from a reputable university / Educational institution? *
Have you managed luxury/premium / High-end restaurant venues or outlets at a managerial level for at least five years? *
Do you have pre-opening experience, including hiring, budgeting, training and coaching, creating GOPs, SOPs, and team training? *
Do you have certifications in HACCP, Food Handling and Alcohol handling? *
Do you have experience managing a team of 50 or above for at least three years? *
Do you have experience in P&L, Stocks, Inventory, Budgeting, financial planning, and overall cost control of the venues you have overseen? *
Have you had any experience at a managerial level in well-known chains or independent venues with high reputations? *
Have you managed venues with annual revenues of over 15 million per year? *
Do you have international experience and speak Native Level English? *
Are you open to relocating to Portugal if hired? *
