Job Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and talented Social Media Manager with a strong focus on content creation, including videos and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing various social media platforms, collaborating with photographers, and utilizing video editing skills. This role also requires proficiency in backend website development, storytelling, SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and creating a cohesive brand image.


Key Responsibilities:

 

Content Creation:

 

Develop, create, and manage engaging multimedia content (video, graphics, etc.) for various social media platforms.

Collaborate with photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.

Utilize video editing software to edit and produce compelling video content.

Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, and the company’s website.

 

Social Media Management:

 

Oversee and manage the company's social media profiles and presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the use of social media.

 

Brand Image and Storytelling:

 

Create and maintain a consistent brand image across all social media channels.

Craft compelling stories and narratives that resonate with the target audience.

Work closely with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

 

SEO and Website Development:

 

Optimize social media content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and organic search traffic.

Work on backend website development to ensure seamless integration with social media platforms.

Monitor website analytics and social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

 

Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising:

 

Plan and execute PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions.

Monitor and analyze the performance of PPC campaigns, making necessary adjustments to improve ROI.

 

Collaboration and Communication:

 

Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.

Engage with the audience on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills, including videos and graphic design.

Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

Knowledge of SEO best practices and backend website development.

Experience with PPC advertising and Google Ads.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.

Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, with a strong preference for candidates with a high level of proficiency in British English.
