Join our rapidly expanding company in Lisbon as a Senior L&D Coordinator. We are looking for a skilled professional with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in soft skills training, sales training, and leadership training. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who excels in problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership, with a proven track record of success.


Responsibilities:

  1. Lead training sessions on soft skills, sales techniques, and leadership development
  2. Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance
  3. Develop innovative and engaging training materials and programs
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor training initiatives to specific needs
  5. Continuously improve training content based on feedback and industry best practices


Requirements:

  1. 5-10 years of experience in soft skills, sales, and leadership training
  2. Relevant certifications in training and development
  3. Strong track record of delivering impactful training programs
  4. International work experience and exposure to multicultural teams
  5. Exceptional references showcasing your capabilities in training and development
