Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Officer to join our restaurant's team and ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and customers. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment and preventing unauthorized access or incidents. Responsibilities:
• Observe for signs of potential damage, unusual behavior, or other activities that may compromise the safety or security of the restaurant.
• Monitor and control access to the restaurant premises, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents, following established protocols and procedures.
• Report any security concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities and management.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats.
• Handle customer inquiries or concerns related to security matters.
• Collaborate with management and staff to implement and enforce security protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
• Night Shift Coverage: Be available to work during night shifts, which typically include the hours between sunset and sunrise. You will be required to adapt to a nocturnal schedule and maintain alertness throughout the night.
• Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.
• Strong observation and surveillance skills.
• Good communication skills for interaction with guests and staff.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand or patrol for extended periods.
• Be a native or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency. Display effective communication skills in English. The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.
