We are searching for a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join our existing team and play a vital role in delivering amazing cuisine in our gastro pub setting. As a Line Cook, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and the kitchen team to maintain consistently excellent standards in our gastro pub setting. Responsibilities:

• Prepare food for service, ensure accurate portioning, proper cooking techniques, and adherence to

recipes and presentation standards.

• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to cook menu items and ensure efficient food production and timely

service.

• Answer, report, and follow instructions from the Head Chef or Sous Chef, maintaining effective

communication and teamwork.

• Clean stations and take care of leftover food, ensuring a clean and organized work environment

throughout the shift.

• Ensure that food plates come out simultaneously with high quality and in a timely manner,

coordinating with the kitchen team.

• Follow kitchen standards, procedures, and health and safety requirements, promoting a safe and

sanitary work environment.

• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces and equipment at the end of the shift, adhering to cleaning

protocols and standards.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head Chef, Sous Chef, or kitchen management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience, demonstrating proficiency in food preparation and

cooking techniques.

• Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain composure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Be a native or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency. Display effective communication skills in English. The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally

with colleagues and the public is essential.
