As CLUSTER keeps growing, we would like to share with you all that we are currently looking for 1 candidate to join our Operations Team, in the role of Junior Sales & service - Lead (SP Market)!

 

We strongly encourage any current employee is eligible to apply for this role, so please find below the eligibility criteria:

 

1. Candidate must have completed their probation period at CLUSTER.

2. Candidate should not have any verbal/ written warnings in the last 6 months (documented)

3. Two quarterly performance reviews were completed, and three-monthly reviews were completed with satisfactory results.

4. Employees currently holding Sales & Services - Specialist positions can apply for this position.

 

Please find below further information regarding this amazing opportunity & the Key Responsibilities:


1.Leadership:

• Lead, inspire & develop a team of Sales & service – Specialists.

• Establish clear performance expectations & provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

• Ensure the team meets or exceeds customer service goals and KPIs.

• You will work across functions with other departments &  define process improvements to ensure that customer service runs smoothly.

• You will make independent decisions that are within your field of work.

• To identify performance-related issues and develop action plans for improvement.

 

2. Customer Support:

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complex issues in both languages (SP).

• Monitor team performance to maintain high-quality customer interactions.

• Collaborate with team members to effectively address customer concerns.

 

3. Training & Development:

• Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Identify areas for skills improvement and implement training programs as necessary.

 

4. Reporting & Analytics:

• Monitor & analyze team performance metrics.

• Prepare regular reports on team performance & recommend improvements.

 

All candidates will do a case study and an interview with Ops, HR & Senior Management
