We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented IT Helpdesk Technician to join our IT support team. The IT Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users in our organization, ensuring their hardware and software issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support to internal users; investigate problems, determine possible solutions and provide suitable resolutions
Support and communicate with users over the phone, e-mail or face to face Troubleshoot and diagnose IT problems quickly and effectively
Ensure all requests are logged add maintain a report Prioritize work and action all service requests promptly
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, smart phones, tablets and offer related equipment
Create documentation to assist users and support the IT systems
Supporting the new starter's onboarding process by providing IT inductions and introductions to the IT systems used in the business
Keep an app to date inventory of computer hardware, technology, instruments on the company asset database
Undertake additional task as may be required by the senior management
Manage physical firewall and coordinate with our networking teams if you need any support
Managing all Cluster offices and providing support effectively
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Computer Hardware and Networking Devices
Laptop Repair and Maintenance CCTV, Alarm System, Access Control System
Windows Servers and Firewalls
Solution oriented
Excellent Communication and organization
Language - English Fluency ( C2 level ), any European language is a plus.
