Responsibilities:

 

·Follow the guidelines and directives of the Senior IT and Management departments.

·Be diligent, adaptable, and quick to understand our organizational protocols.

·Furnish IT support to internal users, meticulously investigating issues, discerning potential solutions, and delivering appropriate resolutions.

·Engage and liaise with users via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

·Swiftly troubleshoot and diagnose IT complications, ensuring rapid and effective problem resolution.

·Maintain meticulous records of all service requests and generate insightful reports as needed.

·Install, configure, and sustain workstations, smartphones, tablets, and related equipment.

·Develop user-friendly documentation to aid users and fortify our IT systems.

·Play a role in the onboarding/offboarding procedures.

·Maintain an accurate inventory of computer hardware and related assets within our company database.

·Participate in IT procurement activities.

·Undertake supplementary duties as assigned by Senior Management.

·Manage physical firewalls and coordinate with Internet service providers to address office-related issues.

·Provide efficient support to all Cluster offices.

·Availability for international client support on public holidays and occasional weekends.

·Collaborate with the IT team to handle IT operations, procurements, and manage hardware logistics.

·Provide support for Facility Management, encompassing building management, cleaning, security, and transportation.


Education and Experience:

 

·Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

·Minimum of 1 year experience in Computer Hardware and Networking.

Technical Knowledge:

·Proficiency in Networking and Network devices.

·Experience in Laptop repair and Maintenance.

·Familiarity with Software installation and support.

·Competence in CCTV, Alarm System, and Access Control system.

·Understanding of Windows Server environments.

·Knowledge of Firewalls.

·Proficiency in configuring Photocopier Machines.
