Location: Lisbon Area


Job Description:

An exceptional opportunity for highly skilled Bartenders to join our dynamic team at our premium venue in Cascais. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving exceptional beverages to our guests. Join us and be part of a vibrant and unique gastro pub where you can showcase your bartending skills and provide outstanding service.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the bar area, providing exceptional beverage service to all guests.

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.

• Prepare and maintain ingredients for the beverage menu.

• Adhere to proper alcohol handling, restaurant standards, procedures, rules, and health and safety requirements.

• Conduct daily supply inventory for the bar and submit orders to the supervisor.

• Maintain a clean work and dining area, including polishing glasses and silverware.

• Develop new cocktail recipes to enhance the menu.

• Support waiters with table service when needed.

• Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

• Certified or trained bartender.

• Experience in bartending.

• Organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Strong communication skills.

• Be a native or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency. Display effective communication skills in English. The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.
